Billing

50% of final quoted price is payable before the commencement of any works. It is suggested that the customer sends a cheque for the agreed price to a location specified by Butterfly Web Design, together with a signed copy of the contract. This fee is a non-refundable deposit. Works will not commence until the deposit has cleared.The final instalment of 50% is payable only when the customer is fully satisfied at the end of the project. The procedure for customer proofing of a website is as follows: Butterfly Web Design contacts customer to notify of completion of website and gives details of temporary hosting measures in place for the website. The customer has 48 hours from the time the email was sent to visit the website and feed back to Butterfly Web Design. It is the customers' responsibility to visit the website within the time frame. If contact is not made by the buyer within this time, Butterfly Web Design will assume the satisfaction of the customer and is therefore liable to request the final installment of the monies. If correspondence is entered into by the buyer, work will continue until the customer declares himself to be satisfied. At this point, the customer is obliged to pay the final 50% and will not gain access until payment is cleared by Butterfly Web Design.

Content of Websites Designed, Hosted and Managed by Butterfly Web Design

Butterfly Web Design and its owners accept no responsibility for the content of any website designed, hosted or managed by us, in whole or part. Any such content is the responsibility of the respective owner. Any complaints regarding the content of such sites should by directed to the website owner, details of which can be supplied upon request.

Butterfly Web Design and its owners accept no liability or responsibility for any loss, financial or otherwise relating to any of the websites we provide for our clients. Butterfly Web Design reserves the right to deem any comparative quote illegible and/or invalid and reserves the right to refuse service to any customer without supplying a reason. If this decision is made by Butterfly Web Design, no further correspondence will be entered into with the customer.

Changes to Terms and Conditions and Invalidity
